Joe Miller


With over 20 years of experience in technology, project management, and executive consulting, Joe’s passion for "real" customer service and continuous process improvement made him a technology implementation leader in the industries of technology services, financial services, non-profits, human resources, government, utilities, and education.

Joe has led various Salesforce solution design, implementation, and optimization projects, helping clients to generate efficiencies and increase sales.

An enthusiast of cultures and languages, Joe enjoys traveling the world and discovering solutions through unique perspectives, bringing a refreshing lens to common corporate challenges.

Joe received his Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and combines those with his Agile Project Management experience and five Salesforce certifications to drive high-quality solutions.

Clayton consults with a variety of diverse organizations to help them lower costs, improve operational efficiency, and provide the highest quality customer experience to internal and external customers.  He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with experience deploying Lean Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives in a variety of industrial and transactional organizations. He has designed and implemented numerous innovative processes which have enabled organizations to grow, support customers, and improve profitability.

Clayton is also an experienced training professional and facilitator, who has designed and led numerous training programs including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications, Service Operations and Process Improvement Boot Camp, Supervisory Academy, Above and Beyond Customer Service, and Real Colors®. Additionally, he has created and led various training classes in strategic planning, business skills, process improvement tools, and employee motivation.

His contributions have improved defense contracting companies, automotive parts manufacturers, cable service providers, electronics manufacturers, call centers, telecommunications service providers, retail customer contact and credit centers, customer service teams in the airline industry, and national television media sales.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.



Kellie has over 20 years of experience as a highly-respected healthcare professional, and consults with organizations to make the most from their investments in medical technologies, healthcare software, and people, all for the purpose of creating sustainable and positive patient care experiences.

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Purple Belt, Kellie is passionate about continuous improvement, and has helped a diverse set of hospitals, pharmacies, pharmacy benefits management organizations, and prescription mail order facilities to evaluate, design, and improve their processes, enhance employee education and performance, increase uptime of critical medical devices, redesign medication supply chains, and decrease costs by catalyzing compliance measures.

Kellie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Drake University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado.  She is Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and is also certified in Pharmaceutical Care for Patients With Diabetes, and in Anticoagulation.  She is licensed to practice pharmacy in five states, and consults nationally.
